I created the card using Coming Up Dahlias Stamp. 

I stamped the flower on the cardstock and coloring it using watercolor markers.Than I drew a contour with colour pencils.

I stamped the confetti of Occasion Confetti with Lemon Drop Dye on the background. Than I stamped the title on a vellum with Noir Dye. The next step was decorating my card using Mint Sugar Couture Mix.
